Defying the odds, one child at a time.

We’re dedicated to building a future where children become tomorrow's leaders. It’s go-time.

Our history

Founded by Jon Moser and Allison Brown in 2023, they share a single passion to serve disadvantaged children around the world through interventions that directly impact their quality of education and their future quality of life.

2021

Jon leads his company, Finalsite, which serves 40,000+ schools around the world, including Lazarus Academy, a project led by missionary Allison Brown of Mission Lazarus, in Honduras, Central America.

2022

Jon visits schools around the world to meet the administrators, teachers, and students that are, ultimately, his clients.  Jon and Allison connect with a mutual interest to promote and make accessible higher quality education to disadvantaged children worldwide.

2023

Jon and Allison partner to create Global Pathways to provide solutions for economically disadvantaged and resource-limited schools to produce world-class students, teachers, and administrators because change today, changes tomorrow.

Creating an impact.

What We Do

Why
In developing countries, poor kids are 4x more likely to be out of school than rich kids.

57 million primary aged children are not enrolled in school.

103 million youth worldwide lack basic literacy skills.
Well...
So as long as we get kids in school, we're good, right?
Wrong. Here's Why
Many children who do attend school receive an inadequate education because of poorly trained, underpaid teachers, overcrowded classrooms, and a lack of basic teaching tools such as textbooks, blackboards, and pens and paper.
